Nuestra experiencia con estas empresas que requieren productos de la máxima exigencia, nos ha permitido evolucionar técnicamente a lo largo de estos 30 años y ofrecer una oferta sin competencia en relación calidad precio. En nuestro equipo estamos acostumbrados a trabajar con lenguaje técnico complicado y a ajustarnos a los requerimientos específicos de cada sector o peticiones a medida para solucionar un problema específico.

El proceso de Grabado Anódico

El proceso comienza con el anodizado del aluminio, el cual, se consigue mediante la inmersión de dicho material en distintos tipos de ácidos y sales con el fin de impedir la oxidación del metal. Para la implementación del grabado anódico interrumpimos dicho proceso en su última etapa, con lo que conseguimos que el poro del aluminio quede abierto.
Con el poro del aluminio anodizado abierto, se realiza la impresión mediante tintas especiales que quedan integradas en el poro de dicho material.
Una vez impreso con la información deseada, se realiza el sellado del aluminio.

¡Mediante este proceso conseguimos una impresión integrada a nivel molecular con el aluminio que hace que ésta sea IMBORRABLE!

¿CUÁLES SON LAS PRINCIPALES VENTAJAS DEL GRABADO ANÓDICO?

El grabado anódico se utiliza como técnica de impresión en piezas de aluminio cuya utilización se desarrollará en entornos muy agresivos donde es posible que estén en contacto con productos químicos y, por lo tanto, requieren que la impresión presente una alta resistencia.
